The Wanette Tigers basketball team scored 36 points and restricted the host Macomb Hornets to 28 in the Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Tigers now sport a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Milburn for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 1. Wanette will battle a Eagles team coming off a 32-18 non-league loss to Achille (Achille, OK). The Eagles record now stands at 4-15.

The Hornets (2-18) will now prepare for their contest against Moss (Holdenville, OK). The Pirates come into the Little River contest with a 18-3 record.
