The Tecumseh Savages basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the visiting McLoud Redskins to 35 in the Savages non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Savages now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bethel for a North Canadian River contest on Friday, February 2. Tecumseh will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 61-59 non-league loss to Holdenville (Holdenville, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-9.
The Redskins (12-8) will now prepare for their contest against Santa Fe South Pathways Middle College (Oklahoma City, OK). The come into the non-league contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, Santa Fe South Pathways Middle College was nudged by ASTEC Charter (Oklahoma City, OK), 28-22, in a league contest.
