In Tuesday's league match, the host Prairie Valley Bulldogs basketball team scored a tight 33-26 triumph over the Midway Falcons.
In their next game, the Bulldogs meet the Saint Jo Panthers (Saint Jo, TX) in a 1A Region III District 22 match, on Tuesday, February 6. Prairie Valley will attempt to better on its 6-16 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 21-10 record after their 53-30 league win over Forestburg (Forestburg, TX).
With the defeat, Midway moves to 2-14 on the year.
