The North Scott Lancers basketball team (Eldridge, IA), was overwhelmed 60-18 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Pleasant Valley Spartans (Pleasant Valley, IA)
The Spartans now possess a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Assumption for a Mississippi battle on Friday, February 2. Pleasant Valley will confront a Knights team coming off a 63-56 league win over Muscatine (Muscatine, IA). The Knights record now stands at 8-11.
The Lancers (7-10) will now prepare for their battle against Bettendorf (Bettendorf, IA). The Bulldogs come into the Mississippi battle with a 10-9 record. In their last battle, Bettendorf trounced Davenport Central (Davenport, IA), 68-35, in a league battle.
