Parkers Chapel Trojans (El Dorado, AR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Rison Wildcats (Rison, AR), 59-37 in a league bout.

With the win, Parkers Chapel upgrades its record to 14-5 on the season. The Trojans travel to Junction City (Junction City, AR) to play the Dragons in a 2A Region 8 bout on Friday, February 2. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 5-14. Junction City lost 50-47 in their recent league bout against Woodlawn (Rison, AR)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Ouachita Warriors (Donaldson, AR) in a 2A Region 8 bout, on Friday, February 2. Rison will attempt to upgrade on its 11-9 season record.
