South Western Mustangs (Hanover, PA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Red Lion Lions (Red Lion, PA), 60-49 in a league bout.
With the win, South Western upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Mustangs host Spring Grove (Spring Grove, PA) to clash with the Rockets in a York-Adams 1 bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 5-14. Spring Grove lost 61-54 in their recent league bout against Red Lion (Red Lion, PA)
Next up, the Lions clash with the Spring Grove Rockets (Spring Grove, PA) in a York-Adams 1 bout, on Friday, February 2. Red Lion will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record.
