In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Richford Falcons (Richford, VT) basketball squad beat the host Twinfield Trojans (Plainfield, VT), by a count of 42-32.

The Falcons (9-3) will now prepare for their outing against Northfield (Northfield, VT). The Marauders go into the Mountain outing with a 1-11 record. In their last outing, Northfield was topped by Danville (Danville, VT), 42-34, in a league outing.

The Trojans now hold a 8-5 record. They play next when they travel to Winooski for a Mountain outing on Thursday, February 1. Twinfield will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 55-29 non-league loss to Williamstown (Williamstown, VT). The Spartans record now stands at 4-7.
