Southlake Carroll Dragons (Southlake, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting V.R. Eaton Eagles (Fort Worth, TX), 76-37 in a league bout.

With the victory, Southlake Carroll upgrades its record to 26-5 on the campaign. The Dragons host Byron Nelson (Trophy Club, TX) to play the Bobcat in a 6A Region I District 4 bout on Friday, February 2. The Bobcat come into the bout with a record of 3-25. Byron Nelson lost 43-35 in their recent league bout against Keller Central (Keller, TX)
