Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Strasburg Indians (Strasburg, CO) and the visiting Timnath Cubs (Timnath, CO), saw Strasburg's basketball squad hold off Timnath by a count of 51-47.

With the victory, Strasburg upgrades its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Liberty Common (Fort Collins, CO) to play the Eagles in a 3A Patriot challenge on Wednesday, January 31. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 4-7. Liberty Common lost 40-21 in their recent non-league challenge against Flatirons Academy (Westminster, CO)

Next up, the Cubs play the Wellington Eagles (Wellington, CO) in a 3A Patriot challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Timnath will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 5-10 record after their 68-43 league loss to Brush (Brush, CO).
