With the win, Thomas More Prep-Marian upgrades its record to 7-9 on the season. The Monarchs host Smith Center (Smith Center, KS) to play the Redmen in a non-league bout on Friday, February 2. The Redmen go into the bout with a record of 13-1. Smith Center won 63-50 in their recent non-league bout against Hoxie (Hoxie, KS)

Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Ellis Railroaders (Ellis, KS) in a Mid-Continent bout, on Friday, February 2. Trego will attempt to upgrade on its 9-4 season record. The Railroaders go into the bout with a 9-6 record after their 49-26 non-league loss to Norton (Norton, KS).
