California High School Basketball - West Park overwhelmed by Nevada Union

The Nevada Union Miners basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host West Park Panthers to 21 in the Miners league victory on Tuesday.

The Miners now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Placer for a contest on Thursday, February 1. Nevada Union will battle a Hillmen team coming off a 48-32 league loss to Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA). The Hillmen record now stands at 1-8.

The Panthers (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA). The Bruins come into the contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Ponderosa triumphed over Placer (Auburn, CA), 48-32, in a league contest.
