Victory Christian Eagles (Elizabeth City, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Bethel Christian (Hampton, VA), 30-22 in a league bout.

With the victory, Victory Christian upgrades its record to 12-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Suffolk Christian Academy (Suffolk, VA) to play the Knights in a bout on Friday, February 2. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 9-2. Suffolk Christian Academy won 35-16 in their recent league bout against New Life Academy (Elizabeth City, NC)
