Levelland Lobos (Levelland, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Sweetwater Mustangs (Sweetwater, TX), 69-15 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Levelland upgrades its record to 24-0 on the season. The Lobos travel to Estacado (Lubbock, TX) to play the Matadors in a challenge on Friday, February 2. The Matadors come into the challenge with a record of 1-3.

Next up, the Mustangs confront the Snyder Tigers (Snyder, TX) in a challenge, on Friday, February 2. Sweetwater will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 16-8 record after their 55-53 league loss to Big Spring (Big Spring, TX).
