The Palisades Pumas basketball team (Charlotte, NC), was routed 60-19 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC)
The Mustangs now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Weddington for a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 31. Myers Park will battle a Warriors team coming off a 38-29 non-league loss to Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 12-2.
The Pumas (7-8) will now prepare for their battle against South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Sabres come into the non-league battle with a 9-5 record. In their last battle, South Mecklenburg was routed by Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC), 23-14, in a non-league battle.
