In Tuesday's non-league test, the host McFarland Spartans ice hockey team scored a tight 7-1 win over the Stoughton Vikings.
The Spartans (6-6) will now prepare for their test against Oregon (Oregon, WI). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 9-2 record. In their last test, Oregon was trounced by Beaver Dam (Beaver Dam, WI), 3-2, in a non-league test.
Next up, the Vikings encounter the Monroe Cheesemakers (Monroe, WI) in a non-league test, on Saturday, February 3. Stoughton will attempt to advance on its 1-8 season record. The Cheesemakers enter the test with a 3-3 record after their 5-2 non-league win over McFarland (McFarland, WI).
