North Carolina High School Basketball - Eastern Alamance thwarted by Western Alamance

The Eastern Alamance Eagles basketball team (Mebane, NC), was toppled 60-46 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC)

The Warriors now possess a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southeast Alamance for a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 31. Western Alamance will confront a Stallions team coming off a 46-36 non-league win over North Moore (Robbins, NC). The Stallions record now stands at 10-5.

The Eagles (9-6) will now prepare for their battle against Williams (Burlington, NC). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 6-10 record. In their last battle, Williams beat River Mill (Graham, NC), 68-20, in a non-league battle.
