Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host South Point Red Raiders (Belmont, NC), 47-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Forestview upgrades its record to 11-5 on the season. The Jaguars host North Gaston (Dallas, NC) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, February 2. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 4-12. North Gaston lost 50-33 in their recent non-league bout against Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC)

Next up, the Red Raiders play the Stuart W. Cramer Storm (Belmont, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. South Point will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Storm go into the bout with a 5-11 record after their 50-33 non-league win over North Gaston (Dallas, NC).
