The Fort Defiance Indians basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Riverheads Gladiators to 46 in the Indians non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Indians now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stuarts Draft for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 1. Fort Defiance will battle a Cougars team coming off a 37-28 non-league win over Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 9-8.
