The Godwin Eagles (Richmond, VA) basketball nipped the host Thomas Jefferson Vikings (Richmond, VA), 55-50 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Eagles (6-9) will now prepare for their test against Deep Run (Glen Allen, VA). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 7-6 record. In their last test, Deep Run was tipped by John Marshall (Richmond, VA), 60-31, in a non-league test.
The Vikings now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they travel to Carver College and Career Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, February 8.
