The Harrisonburg Blue Streaks (Harrisonburg, VA) basketball felled the host Turner Ashby Knights (Bridgewater, VA), 49-34 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Blue Streaks (12-2) will now prepare for their test against William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA). The Dragons go into the non-league test with a 2-10 record. In their last test, William Monroe was beaten by Broadway (Broadway, VA), 56-38, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 16-5 record. They play next when they travel to Rockbridge County for a non-league test on Friday, February 2. Turner Ashby will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 54-31 non-league loss to East Rockingham (Elkton, VA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-18.
