St. Pauls Bulldogs (St. Pauls, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Midway Raiders (Dunn, NC), 49-35 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, St. Pauls upgrades its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Red Springs (Red Springs, NC) to play the Red Devils in a non-league bout on Friday, February 2. The Red Devils come into the bout with a record of 3-7.

Next up, the Raiders play the Fairmont Golden Tornadoes (Fairmont, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Midway will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Golden Tornadoes come into the bout with a 10-0 record after their 39-36 non-league win over Clinton (Clinton, NC).
