The North Stanly Comets basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Union Academy Cardinals to 54 in the Comets non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Comets now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gray Stone Day for a non-league contest on Friday, February 2.

The Cardinals (9-6) will now prepare for their contest against Albemarle (Albemarle, NC). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 3-10 record.
