The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Washington Warriors (Sioux Falls, SD) and the visiting Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles (Aberdeen, SD), observed Washington's basketball team knock off Aberdeen Central by a score of 54-40.

The Warriors (8-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Brookings (Brookings, SD). The Bobcats come into the AA challenge with a 0-12 record. In their last challenge, Brookings was knocked off by Watertown (Watertown, SD), 63-40, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Golden Eagles encounter the Harrisburg Tigers (Harrisburg, SD) in a AA challenge, on Friday, February 7. Aberdeen Central will attempt to improve on its 2-10 season record.
