The Marsh Valley Eagles (Arimo, ID) basketball edged the visiting American Falls Beavers (American Falls, ID), 42-40 in Thursday's league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 6-8 record. They play next when they host Snake River for a 4A Great Basin bout on Saturday, February 1. Marsh Valley will play a Panthers team coming off a 70-39 league win over Bear Lake (Montpelier, ID). The Panthers record now stands at 15-1.
