Kansas High School Basketball - Andover overwhelms Salina Central

The Andover Trojans basketball team scored 68 points and limited the host Salina Central Mustangs to 47 in the Trojans league triumph on Thursday.

The Trojans now possess a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Newton for a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail II game on Tuesday, February 4. Andover will play a Railroaders team coming off a 62-34 league win over Arkansas City (Arkansas City, KS). The Railroaders record now stands at 5-6.

With the loss, Salina Central falls to 6-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Maize (Maize, KS) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 8-5. Maize won 74-57 in their recent non-league game against Andover Central (Andover, KS)
