The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Environmental Charter White Tigers (Lawndale, CA) and the visiting Animo City of Champions Wildcats (Inglewood, CA), observed Environmental Charter's basketball team knock off Animo City of Champions by a score of 59-41.

The White Tigers (9-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Compton Early College (Compton, CA). The Rising Phoenix come into the Mulholland challenge with a 8-8 record. In their last challenge, Compton Early College prevailed over Summit View West (Los Angeles, CA), 62-28, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats encounter the Ambassador Lions (Torrance, CA) in a Mulholland challenge, on Monday, February 3. Animo City of Champions will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record.
