The Pillager Huskies (Pillager, MN) basketball were winner over the visiting Bertha-Hewitt Bears (Bertha, MN), 69-53 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Huskies now possess a 11-5 record. They play next when they travel to Hinckley-Finlayson for a AA Section 7 bout on Friday, January 31.
With the loss, Bertha-Hewitt falls to 3-11 on the campaign. The Bears host Menahga (Menahga, MN) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 1-16.
