Louisiana High School Basketball - Caldwell Parish bests Family Community Christian

The Caldwell Parish Spartans basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Family Community Christian to 41 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Spartans now possess a 11-10 record. They play next when they host Marksville for a 3A District 2 game on Friday, January 31. Caldwell Parish will play a Tigers team coming off a 69-53 non-league win over LaGrange (Lake Charles, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 20-7.
With the loss, Family Community Christian falls to 11-24 on the campaign. The host Downsville (Downsville, LA) to play the Demons in a B District 2 game on Friday, January 31. The Demons go into the game with a record of 2-26. Downsville lost 92-41 in their recent league game against Choudrant (Choudrant, LA)
