The C.H. Friend Red Jackets basketball team scored 48 points and limited the host Faith Christian Academy to 17 in the Red Jackets non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Red Jackets now have a 4-9 record. They play next when they host Iron Academy for a non-league game on Friday, January 31. C.H. Friend will confront a Swordsmen team coming off a 68-52 non-league loss to Greater Vision Academy (Gibsonville, NC). The Swordsmen record now stands at 5-5.

With the loss, Faith Christian Academy falls to 0-12 on the campaign. The host Temple Christian (Madison Heights, VA) to confront the Crusaders in a Virginia Christian - Southeast game on Tuesday, February 4. The Crusaders go into the game with a record of 15-7. Temple Christian won 42-31 in their recent league game against Timberlake Christian (Forest, VA)
