In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Math & Science Academy Dragons basketball team scored a big 73-42 triumph over the Community of Peace Academy Tigers.

The Dragons (8-14) will now prepare for their contest against Nova Classical Academy/Fit Academy Charter (St. Paul, MN). The go into the AA Section 4 contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Nova Classical Academy/Fit Academy Charter was trounced by St. Croix Prep (Stillwater, MN), 74-52, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Tigers confront the Christ's Household of Faith Lions (St. Paul, MN) in a A Section 4 contest, on Monday, February 3. Community of Peace Academy will attempt to better on its 3-12 season record. The Lions go into the contest with a 4-9 record after their 77-61 non-league loss to St. Charles (St. Charles, MN).
