The Conestoga Pioneers (Berwyn, PA) basketball toppled the host Upper Darby Royals (Drexel Hill, PA), 44-36 in Thursday's league bout.

The Pioneers now possess a 15-5 record. They play next when they host Garnet Valley for a Central bout on Saturday, February 1. Conestoga will play a Jaguars team coming off a 65-43 league win over Haverford (Havertown, PA). The Jaguars record now stands at 16-4.

With the loss, Upper Darby falls to 7-12 on the campaign. The Royals host Ridley (Folsom, PA) to play the Raiders in a Central bout on Saturday, February 1. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 4-15. Ridley lost 91-45 in their recent league bout against Lower Merion (Ardmore, PA)
