The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Eureka Loggers (Eureka, CA) and the visiting Del Norte Warriors (Crescent City, CA), observed Eureka's basketball team overwhelm Del Norte by a score of 79-57.

The Loggers (16-7) will now prepare for their challenge against University Prep (Redding, CA). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 15-7 record. In their last challenge, University Prep was routed by Pleasant Valley (Chico, CA), 59-36, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Warriors encounter the Fortuna Huskies (Fortuna, CA) in a Humboldt-Del Norte - Big 5 challenge, on Thursday, February 6. Del Norte will attempt to improve on its 13-11 season record.
