The Democracy Prep Dragons basketball team scored 111 points and limited the host Laguardia to 35 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Dragons now possess a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Math Science & Engineering for a PSAL 2A Manhattan II game on Saturday, February 1. Democracy Prep will play a team coming off a 54-25 non-league loss to Beacon (New York, NY). The record now stands at 0-11.

With the loss, Laguardia falls to 2-11 on the campaign. The host Douglass Academy (New York, NY) to play the Lions in a PSAL Area Freelance game on Tuesday, February 4. The Lions go into the game with a record of 12-0.
