Utah High School Basketball - Draper APA routs Freedom Prep Academy

January 30, 2025: Draper, UT 84020

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Draper APA Eagles basketball team scored a big 79-29 win over the Freedom Prep Academy Eagles.

The Eagles (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against St. Joseph (Ogden, UT). The Jayhawks come into the 2A Region 17 contest with a 5-15 record. In their last contest, St. Joseph was trounced by Rowland Hall (Salt Lake City, UT), 59-37, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Intermountain Christian Lions (Salt Lake City, UT) in a 2A Region 16 contest, on Friday, January 31. Freedom Prep Academy will attempt to better on its 5-15 season record. The Lions come into the contest with a 5-12 record after their 62-48 league win over Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams (Lehi, UT).
