North Carolina High School Basketball - Research Triangle holds off Falls Lake

In Thursday's league contest, the host Research Triangle Raptors basketball team scored a close 60-59 triumph over the Falls Lake Firebirds.

The Raptors (5-13) will now prepare for their contest against Falls Lake (Creedmoor, NC). The Firebirds go into the 1A/2A Super Six contest with a 4-13 record. In their last contest, Falls Lake was tipped by Research Triangle (Research Triangle Park, NC), 60-59, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Firebirds confront the Research Triangle Raptors (Research Triangle Park, NC) in a 1A/2A Super Six contest, on Monday, February 3. Falls Lake will attempt to better on its 4-13 season record. The Raptors go into the contest with a 5-13 record after their 60-59 league win over Falls Lake (Creedmoor, NC).
