The Hoover Buccaneers basketball team scored 67 points and limited the host Thompson Warriors to 48 in the Buccaneers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Buccaneers now have a 30-0 record. They play next when they host Spain Park for a non-league game on Friday, January 31. Hoover will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 77-70 non-league loss to McAdory (McCalla, AL). The Jaguars record now stands at 11-18.
With the loss, Thompson falls to 14-12 on the campaign. The Warriors host Huffman (Birmingham, AL) to confront the Vikings in a non-league game on Friday, January 31. The Vikings go into the game with a record of 23-4. Huffman won 67-53 in their recent non-league game against Fairfield (Fairfield, AL)
