The Vikings (11-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Hill Country Christian School of Austin (Austin, TX). The Knights come into the TAPPS 4A District 4 challenge with a 22-3 record. In their last challenge, Hill Country Christian School of Austin trounced Brazos Christian (Bryan, TX), 68-45, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Rangers encounter the Brazos Christian Eagles (Bryan, TX) in a TAPPS 4A District 4 challenge, on Friday, January 31. Texas School for the Deaf will attempt to improve on its 13-11 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 16-13 record after their 68-45 league loss to Hill Country Christian School of Austin (Austin, TX).
