New Mexico High School Basketball - Espanola Valley nips Los Alamos

In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Espanola Valley Sundevils basketball team scored a close 45-41 win over the Los Alamos Hilltoppers.
The Sundevils (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Taos (Taos, NM). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Taos was tipped by Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM), 53-52, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Hilltoppers battle the Taos Tigers (Taos, NM) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 1. Los Alamos will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 4-5 record after their 52-41 non-league loss to Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM).
