Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Abington Heights can't hold off Scranton

The Scranton Knights nipped the visiting Abington Heights Comets basketball squad by a final score of 39-36 in Thursday's league outing.

Next, the Knights face the St. Rose Purple Roses (Belmar, NJ) in a non-league outing, on Sunday, February 2. Scranton will attempt to upgrade on its 11-6 season record.

The Comets (6-8) will now prepare for their outing against North Pocono (Covington Township, PA). The Trojans enter the non-league outing with a 10-8 record. In their last outing, North Pocono was nipped by Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA), 69-22, in a non-league outing.
