The Anchor Bay Tars basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host Utica Chieftains to 24 in the Tars non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Tars now possess a 11-3 record. They play next when they travel to Armada for a non-league game on Monday, February 3. Anchor Bay will confront a Tigers team coming off a 63-14 league win over Algonac (Algonac, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 12-1.

With the loss, Utica falls to 2-12 on the campaign. The Chieftains host Lakeview (Lakeview, MI) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Wednesday, February 5.
