With the victory, Thomas Jefferson Academy advances its record to 5-14 on the year. The Jaguars host Twiggs Academy (Jeffersonville, GA) to meet the Trojans in a GIAA A Region 4 match on Friday, January 31. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 5-12. Twiggs Academy lost 51-38 in their recent league match against John Hancock Academy (Sparta, GA)

The Cavaliers now own a 2-18 record. They put it on the line next when they host Horse Creek Academy for a non-league match on Saturday, February 1. Augusta Prep Day will meet a Stallions squad coming off a 49-38 league loss to Calhoun County (St. Matthews, SC). The Stallions record now stands at 1-12.
