Montana High School Basketball - Fairfield holds off Belt

The Fairfield Eagles basketball team scored 47 points and limited the visiting Belt Huskies to 42 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now possess a 15-0 record. They play next when they host Choteau for a B District 1 game on Friday, January 31. Fairfield will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 63-53 league win over Rocky Boy (Box Elder, MT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-4.
With the loss, Belt falls to 9-4 on the campaign. The Huskies host Great Falls Central Catholic (Great Falls, MT) to confront the Mustangs in a C District 8 game on Friday, January 31. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 0-10. Great Falls Central Catholic lost 50-7 in their recent league game against Grass Range/Winnett (Grass Range, MT)
