Maine High School Basketball - Pine Tree Academy overwhelmed by Buckfield

In Thursday's non-league test, the Buckfield Bucks (Buckfield, ME) basketball squad trounced the visiting Pine Tree Academy Breakers (Freeport, ME), by a final score of 48-22.
Next, the Bucks clash with the Wiscasset Wolverines (Wiscasset, ME) in a non-league test, on Monday, February 3. Buckfield will attempt to upgrade on its 14-3 season record. The Wolverines come into the test with a 2-15 record after their 35-32 non-league loss to Searsport (Searsport, ME).
The Breakers (7-8) will now prepare for their test against Temple Academy (Waterville, ME). The Bereans come into the D South test with a 11-9 record. In their last test, Temple Academy was overwhelmed by Carrabec (North Anson, ME), 44-31, in a non-league test.
