The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Central Red Devils (East Corinth, ME) and the host Orono Riots (Orono, ME), observed Central's basketball team overwhelm Orono by a score of 72-42.

The Red Devils (10-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Hermon (Hermon, ME). The Hawks come into the non-league challenge with a 7-9 record. In their last challenge, Hermon trounced Old Town (Old Town, ME), 35-20, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Riots encounter the Dexter Tigers (Dexter, ME) in a C North challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Orono will attempt to improve on its 3-13 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 12-4 record after their 53-21 league win over Bucksport (Bucksport, ME).
