The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Wahkiakum Mules (Cathlamet, WA) and the visiting Columbia Adventist Academy Kodiaks (Battle Ground, WA), observed Wahkiakum's basketball team overwhelm Columbia Adventist Academy by a score of 56-31.

The Mules (9-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Pe Ell (Pe Ell, WA). The Trojans come into the 1B Columbia Valley challenge with a 16-0 record. In their last challenge, Pe Ell trounced Oakville (Oakville, WA), 56-34, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Kodiaks encounter the Three Rivers Christian Eagles (Longview, WA) in a 1B Columbia Valley challenge, on Monday, February 3. Columbia Adventist Academy will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 1-8 record after their 45-5 league loss to Wahkiakum (Cathlamet, WA).
