Michigan High School Basketball - Columbia Central overwhelms Homer

January 30, 2025: Brooklyn, MI 49230

The Columbia Central Golden Eagles basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Homer Trojans to 41 in the Golden Eagles league triumph on Thursday.

The Golden Eagles now have a 9-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bronson for a non-league game on Saturday, February 1. Columbia Central will confront a Vikings team coming off a 42-33 league win over Reading (Reading, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 10-2.

With the loss, Homer falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Napoleon (Napoleon, MI) to confront the Pirates in a Cascades game on Wednesday, February 5. The Pirates go into the game with a record of 4-9.
