In Thursday's league contest, the host Webb City Cardinals basketball team scored a good 40-28 win over the Glendale Falcons.
The Cardinals (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Kickapoo (Springfield, MO). The Chiefs come into the Central Ozarks contest with a 13-2 record. In their last contest, Kickapoo defeated Neosho (Neosho, MO), 82-15, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Republic Tigers (Republic, MO) in a Central Ozarks contest, on Monday, February 3. Glendale will attempt to better on its 9-11 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 11-8 record after their 68-15 league win over Central (Springfield, MO).
