The Nome-Beltz Nanooks basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting Homer Mariners to 27 in the Nanooks non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Nanooks now have a 6-5 record. They play next when they host Homer for a non-league game on Saturday, February 1. Nome-Beltz will confront a Mariners team coming off a 65-27 non-league loss to Nome-Beltz (Nome, AK). The Mariners record now stands at 2-9.
