The Manhattan Tigers (Manhattan, MT) basketball edged the visiting Manhattan Christian Eagles (Manhattan, MT), 49-43 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 3-8 record. They play next when they host Ennis for a B District 5 bout on Friday, January 31. Manhattan will play a Mustangs team coming off a 56-33 non-league win over West Yellowstone (Yellowstone, MT). The Mustangs record now stands at 15-1.
With the loss, Manhattan Christian falls to 8-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Gardiner (Gardiner, MT) to play the Bruins in a C District 12 bout on Friday, January 31. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 1-7. Gardiner lost 51-41 in their recent league bout against West Yellowstone (Yellowstone, MT)
