Kentucky High School Basketball - Southwestern crushes McCreary Central

The Southwestern Warriors (Somerset, KY) basketball crushed the host McCreary Central Raiders (Stearns, KY), 59-34 in Thursday's league bout.

The Warriors now possess a 13-8 record. They play next when they host Anderson County for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 1. Southwestern will play a Bearcats team coming off a 64-28 non-league win over Oldham County (Buckner, KY). The Bearcats record now stands at 17-4.

With the loss, McCreary Central falls to 6-10 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to East Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 1. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 9-11. East Jessamine lost 42-28 in their recent league bout against Mercer County (Harrodsburg, KY)
